We're thrilled to offer free global shipping on all orders over $125 in collaboration with renowned couriers: DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Orders ship directly from our U.S. and European warehouses.
Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Order Processing:

  • Weekdays: 9 to 11 am
  • Orders after Friday noon & weekends: Processed on Monday morning
  • Express orders (Thursday afternoon): Dispatched on Friday and delivered post-weekend due to courier non-operational weekends

📦 Estimated Delivery Times:

  • U.S. & Canada:
    • Economy: 4-7 days
    • Standard: 10-15 days
  • European Union: 2-5 days
  • Handling Time: 2 days pre-shipping

🔗 Tracking:
An email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched, ensuring you can track its progress.


Cancellations:
To avoid added costs, be certain before ordering as all sales are final.

Exchanges & Returns:

  • Exchanges: We accommodate size/color swaps, not model changes. Order anew for different models.
  • Returns: At the customers expense for all orders. Reach out to support@apollomoda.com for details. Remember:
    • Returns accepted within 30 days post-delivery
    • Items should be as received, tags intact
    • Rejected if used, worn, washed, or damaged
    • No free return labels for address errors or wrong sizes; verify details pre-order
    • Note that sneakers that are marked CUSTOMIZED are made to order and non-returnable.

Damaged/Incorrect Goods:
Received faulty or wrong items? Contact us promptly. Such items can be exchanged/refunded. Follow our standard return procedure. Contact: support@apollomoda.com.
