Custom Sneakers
Because each pair is hand-painted and made to order, please allow 14–21 days for your order to arrive. This includes production time and shipping. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your pair is on its way. If you need it by a specific date, reach out to us before ordering and we will let you know if it is possible.
Very close — but intentionally not identical. Every pair is painted by hand, so there will be small natural variations in brushwork and color placement. That is what makes yours one of a kind. The overall design, colorway, and style will match what you see in the listing. If you want to see additional angles of a specific style, message us before ordering and we will send them over.
No — under normal everyday use the finish holds up well. Each pair is sealed with a professional-grade UV-protective coating designed for daily wear. To keep them looking their best, wipe with a damp cloth when needed, avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, and do not machine wash. Treat them like any quality sneaker and they will last.
Yes. We photograph every design under natural studio lighting to represent the true colors and finish as accurately as possible. Screen settings can affect how colors appear slightly, but what you receive will be a genuine match to what is shown. If you are unsure about a specific colorway, contact us and we will send additional photos before you buy.
The paint is sealed with a UV-protective finish to resist fading and cracking. To keep them looking fresh: wipe clean with a damp cloth (no harsh cleaners or solvents), avoid machine washing, and store away from direct sunlight when not wearing. With normal care they hold up well for everyday wear.
Our custom sneakers generally run true to size. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up by half. Each product page has a size chart — check it before ordering. If you are unsure, reach out and we will help you pick the right fit before your order goes into production.
Because each pair is made to order and hand-painted, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was shown, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@apollomoda.com with photos and your order number, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Custom orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us at support@apollomoda.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to stop production, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once painting has begun.
Our current collection features designs created exclusively by our artists — we do not offer fully custom commissions at this time. We drop new designs regularly, so sign up to our list to get notified of new releases before anyone else.

Our apparel is oversized for a relaxed, streetwear-inspired fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down one size.

We recommend machine washing cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Avoid ironing directly over prints to preserve graphic quality.

Yes! Some styles can increase your height by 1.5 to 2 inches through the sole construction — no insoles involved. Check the individual product page for details.
Core styles in both apparel and footwear are regularly restocked. Seasonal colorways and collaboration pieces are produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.

Orders
You will receive a confirmation email from support@apollomoda.com immediately after placing your order.
If you need to cancel, please email us at support@apollomoda.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun. For custom hand-painted orders, cancellation must be requested immediately as production starts right away.

No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account makes future checkouts faster and keeps you updated on new product launches.

Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay. US customers can also pay in four interest-free installments via Shop Pay.
You will be charged as soon as your order is processed, which typically takes up to one hour.
Yes. US customers can use Shop Pay Installments to split their order into four equal, interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Select Shop Pay at checkout to see if you qualify.

Shipping
Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday or on weekends ship the following Monday. Custom hand-painted sneakers require 14–21 days total as each pair is made to order — see the Custom Sneakers tab for full details.
Standard shipping (10–14 business days) is free on all orders. Express shipping (4–7 business days) is available for $4.99. Please note that custom hand-painted sneakers ship standard only, as production time already accounts for the timeline.
Orders ship from one of our two warehouses: Los Angeles, California or Izmir, Turkey. The warehouse depends on your location and stock availability.
Yes! We offer free international shipping on all orders. Delivery times may vary by destination.
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
All applicable taxes are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is not free — you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Custom hand-painted sneakers cannot be returned for change of mind as each pair is made to order, but we will fully resolve any issue if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
